We have all been there. We are about to do something completely out of our comfort zones, something that is utterly new to us. Whether its delivering a speech,
preforming in front of an audience, asking an important question, or even talking to someone you don't know well. It can be a variety of reasons. Regardless the situation, we have some self doubt
that we won't do "it " well, and we begin to imagine all these negative possibilities in the way things could go.
I want you to know that this is an IRRATIONAL FEAR. We DO have it in us to achieve anything we desire. We might have these thoughts blocking or even making it seem
like impossible, but the reality is that WE can do it! If we just give it a shot we would realize what an overreaction we were having.
Maybe its not something you need to do. Maybe it has to do in standing up to someone or pursuing an passion that's been lingering in our head for quite a while.
Well I'm here to ask you. What is stopping you? What is holding you back? Is it you? Do you find yourself overthinking just WAY TOO MUCH?? Luckily there is a solution. THERE IS SOMETHING that can
