issue today when regarding mental health. It can stop you from hanging out with your friends, approaching people, and even going out to get errands done. Social anxiety can also lead to
depression since someone who suffers from it can feel lonely and even unable to do anything about their situation. They turn to prescription medication and drugs to help cope with this but for
